Refund policy

60-day first-box guarantee

If your first tin of any ALOE strip isn't for you, tell us within 60 days of delivery and we'll refund that tin to your original payment method. Keep the tin — no return shipping and no forms. One guarantee claim per customer.

Other returns

Unopened tins in their original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price (original shipping is not refunded).

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Send us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement.

Subscriptions

Skip, pause or cancel anytime from your account. Cancelling stops future charges and doesn't affect your first-box guarantee.

How to request a refund

Contact us through our Contact page with your order number. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
