Shipping policy

Processing & delivery

Orders are fulfilled by our US fulfillment partner within 1–5 business days, then ship via USPS (standard 2–4 business days; express 1–3). Plan on 3–9 business days to your door. You'll receive a tracking email when your order ships.

Rates

Standard: $5.95 for one tin. Free standard shipping on 2 or more tins, and on every Subscribe & Save order.
Express: $12.95.

Where we ship

The contiguous United States and Washington, DC. We can't currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or internationally.

Pre-orders

Products marked “Pre-order” ship by the date shown on the product page. If that date changes, we'll email you a new ship date and the option to cancel for a full refund.

Lost or damaged packages

Contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date and we'll replace or refund the affected items.
